用途
SL201型半自動壓樣機(ji)是為冶(ye)金﹑有色金屬﹑化工﹑商檢﹑地礦﹑建材(cai)等(deng)領域進行物質(zhi)元(yuan)素分析將粉末壓(ya)成(cheng)試片，給X熒光光譜分析儀(yi)提供試(shi)樣的機器。
Application
SL201 semi-automatic sample presser is a machine used for element analysis of product. By pressing powder to sample piece, it provides sample for XRF analyzer. The machine is widely used in the fields of metallurgy, non-ferrous metal, chemical industry, commodities inspection, geology and building materials.
功能
在量程內，壓(ya)力﹑保(bao)壓(ya)時間和(he)行程均連(lian)續可調。加壓(ya)﹑保(bao)壓(ya)和(he)卸壓(ya)均自(zi)動進行。可提供試樣托為鋁盒﹑塑料環(huan)﹑硼酸﹑低壓(ya)聚乙烯和(he)鋼環(huan)的各(ge)種模具。
Function
Within its measuring range, the pressure, pressure-holding-time and travel can be adjusted continuously. Activities as pressurizing, pressure-holding and pressure release can be performed automatically.
Our company can provide with different kinds of moulds with aluminum box, plastic ring, boracic acid, low pressure polyethylene and steel ring, among which moulds with steel ring is our company’s patent. This moulds achieves easy operation of material feeding, moulds removing and cleaning.

SL201型(xing)半自動壓樣機，油路采用集成(cheng)系(xi)統。眾所(suo)周知液壓系(xi)統最大的缺陷就是泄漏，而(er)油路的集成(cheng)側(ce)減少了(le)(le)泄漏機(ji)會(hui)，從(cong)而(er)提高了(le)(le)可靠性(xing)；
同時集成(cheng)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)還減(jian)少了系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)的空(kong)間，使其(qi)體(ti)積(ji)小(xiao)重量輕(qing)，相(xiang)比國內同類產品其(qi)體(ti)積(ji)僅(jin)為(wei)三(san)分之(zhi)(zhi)二，重量僅(jin)為(wei)二分之(zhi)(zhi)一。

SL201型半自動壓樣機采用動態保(bao)壓，相(xiang)比國(guo)內同類產品的靜態保(bao)壓，它真(zhen)正做到了在保(bao)壓時(shi)維持壓力不變。
Features
SL201 semi-auto presser is based on the latest German technology on integrated oil system. It is well-known that oil leakage is the biggest problem of hydraulic system. The integrated system reduces leakage, therefore increases system reliability.
Meanwhile, the integrated system also reduces system volume, resulting lighter weight. It is only two thirds of domestic product of the same kind in terms of volume, and only half of the weight of the said domestic product.
SL201 presser has a very easy operation instrumentation panel. The panel can display the machine pressure and system working pressure in a clear way. SL201 also has very fast response time. It can be shut down the automatic running mode and go back to initial states at any time.
Sl201 adopts dynamic pressure protection. Compared with domestic products, which only use static pressure protection, SL201 achieved constant pressure during pressure protection.
