用途
SL201型半自動壓樣機是為(wei)冶(ye)金(jin)﹑有色金(jin)屬﹑化工﹑商檢﹑地礦﹑建材等(deng)領域進行(xing)物質元素(su)分(fen)析將粉(fen)末壓成試片(pian)，給X熒(ying)光(guang)光(guang)譜分析儀提供試樣(yang)的機(ji)器。
Application
SL201 semi-automatic sample presser is a machine used for element analysis of product. By pressing powder to sample piece, it provides sample for XRF analyzer. The machine is widely used in the fields of metallurgy, non-ferrous metal, chemical industry, commodities inspection, geology and building materials.
功能
在(zai)量程內，壓(ya)力﹑保壓(ya)時間和(he)行程均連續可調。加壓(ya)﹑保壓(ya)和(he)卸壓(ya)均自動進行。可提供試樣(yang)托(tuo)為鋁盒(he)﹑塑料環(huan)﹑硼酸(suan)﹑低壓(ya)聚(ju)乙烯(xi)和(he)鋼環(huan)的各種模具。
Function
Within its measuring range, the pressure, pressure-holding-time and travel can be adjusted continuously. Activities as pressurizing, pressure-holding and pressure release can be performed automatically.
Our company can provide with different kinds of moulds with aluminum box, plastic ring, boracic acid, low pressure polyethylene and steel ring, among which moulds with steel ring is our company’s patent. This moulds achieves easy operation of material feeding, moulds removing and cleaning.

SL201型半自動壓(ya)樣機，油(you)路采用集(ji)成系(xi)統。眾(zhong)所周知液壓系(xi)統最(zui)大的缺陷(xian)就(jiu)是(shi)泄(xie)漏(lou)，而油(you)路的集(ji)成側減少了(le)泄(xie)漏(lou)機會，從而提高了(le)可靠性；
同時集成系統(tong)還減少了系統(tong)的空間(jian)，使其體積(ji)小重(zhong)量(liang)輕，相比國內同類產品其體積(ji)僅為(wei)(wei)三(san)分(fen)之(zhi)二，重(zhong)量(liang)僅為(wei)(wei)二分(fen)之(zhi)一(yi)。

Features
SL201 semi-auto presser is based on the latest German technology on integrated oil system. It is well-known that oil leakage is the biggest problem of hydraulic system. The integrated system reduces leakage, therefore increases system reliability.
Meanwhile, the integrated system also reduces system volume, resulting lighter weight. It is only two thirds of domestic product of the same kind in terms of volume, and only half of the weight of the said domestic product.
SL201 presser has a very easy operation instrumentation panel. The panel can display the machine pressure and system working pressure in a clear way. SL201 also has very fast response time. It can be shut down the automatic running mode and go back to initial states at any time.
Sl201 adopts dynamic pressure protection. Compared with domestic products, which only use static pressure protection, SL201 achieved constant pressure during pressure protection.
